Registration fee
The registration fee includes full conference entrance with participation in all lectures, access to the exhibition, lunch and coffee according to conference program and the welcome reception. The registration does not include accommodation (hotel).
The early bird fees are available until Tuesday 26 February.
Early registration, until Wednesday March 6:
Delegate fee - including conference dinner on Thursday evening: 3300 SEK excl. VAT
Delegate fee - excluding conference dinner on Thursday evening: 2900 SEK excl. VAT
Late registration, from Thursday March 7:
Delegate fee - including conference dinner on Thursday evening: 4300 SEK excl. VAT
Delegate fee - excluding conference dinner on Thursday evening: 3900 SEK excl. VAT
All fees are excluding 25% VAT (Please see information on VAT rules in the text below)
Payment
Payment must be made in advance of the conference by credit card or invoice. Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA and Master Card. We will not accept any bank charge deductions.
You will choose your payment option in the registration form.
According to Swedish legislation, 25% VAT will be added according to the regulations stated below.
VAT regulations
VAT will be added to the registration fee according to Swedish VAT rules below.
Swedish delegates:

If your invoice is to be paid by a Swedish public authority (such as a university):
No VAT

If your invoice is to be paid by a company/organization that is not a Swedish public authority:
25% VAT will be added to your registration fee
Delegates from outside of Sweden:

If your invoice is to be paid by a company/organization within EU that has a VAT number:
No VAT

If your invoice is to be paid by a company/organization within EU that does not have a VAT number:
25% VAT will be added to your registration fee, but you may be entitled to have the VAT refunded by the authorities in your country.

If your invoice is to be paid by a company/organization outside of EU:
25% VAT will be added to your registration fee
Please note that 25% VAT will be automatically added to your registration fee if you pay with credit card.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until Tuesday 26 February, 2019, up to which date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of SEK 750(+VAT).
We accept no refunds or reductions of fees for cancellations made from Wednesday 27 February, 2019, nor for no-shows for any reasons.
Change of name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place for an administrative fee of 250 SEK.
